Diller, Matthew

Mathew DillerMatthew Diller recently began coursework for his master’s degree in medical sciences with a concentration in biomedical informatics, and is also working under William Hogan, Ph.D., building biomedical ontologies that support the integration of data and information for infectious disease simulators. In addition, he volunteers at the Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases working in the laboratory of Sylvain Doré, Ph.D. He assists investigations that aim to identify and understand the underlying cellular and molecular pathways that contribute to hemorrhagic stroke outcomes and the incidence of cerebral microbleeds. His ultimate goal would be to combine his interest in analytic philosophy, biomedical informatics, and neuroscience to study brain function and neurodegeneration.
